Once you complete your registration, you will have access to our Partner Onboarding portal. You can add your profile details and submit relevant KYC documents and Licenses depending on your products catalogue.
After completing your registration, you will be able to upload your products on the onboarding portal.
A catalogue is a complete range of products which you want to offer. All the products offered can belong to single or multiple categories like homeopathy, ayurvedic and medical devices etc.
Uploading product catalogue on Tata 1mg is very easy. You can refer to the product listing guidelines in the portal. You can provide your product information such as the product category, brand name, product features and specifications, product images and other relevant details.

Post approval of your KYC documents and product catalogue, you will be onboarded on the seller panel. The basic understanding and training of the panel will be provided by Tata 1mg and you would be responsible for processing and managing your orders and inventory through the seller panel.
There are multiple ways through which you can attract more customers -
Advertisement - We offer multiple advertising options to increase customer engagement and improve brand visibility. We also have unique capabilities to understand our users through surveys which helps in boosting sales
List more Catalogues - The more catalogues you upload, the better your chances will be of getting initial orders
Sale Events - We have sale events that give each partner an equal opportunity to grow their business online
There are two delivery options - Easy Ship and Self Ship
1. In Easy Ship, TATA 1mg takes care of the delivery of the product to the customer at zero cost to you. We have tied up with multiple Logistics Partners who pick the products from your location and deliver it straight to the customer.
2. In Self Ship, you will have to pack your products and ship it to your customers
We also offer to buy your products subject to eligibility and manage end-to-end fulfilment.
After receiving an order, please go to the Seller Panel and do the following steps:
- Download the invoice and label
- Pack the product and paste the label on the packaging
- Download manifest
- Depending on the delivery option you select, either hand over the product to our logistics partners or arrange for the delivery of the product to the customers
The payment will be made directly to your bank account. TATA 1mg will settle your payments within 7 business days post delivery of the product to the customer.
For instance, if your product is successfully delivered on 1st July 2021, the payment for that product will be deposited in your bank account by 9th July 2021 (assuming there is only one weekend and no bank holidays).
